Out-of-hours emergency cover

Outside of normal opening hours (including Sundays and Bank Holidays) we operate an out-of-hours emergency service.

For out-of-hours emergencies, please always call our usual number 01934 315 700 in the first instance, and listen to the message.

Shaun and the team cover 90% of the out-of-hours service between themselves on a ‘standby’ basis, as well as working full days at the surgery. However it is impossible – and unhealthy – for them to be available all of the time.  The practice therefore occasionally uses the out-of-hours services of two local hospitals, as back-up options, if Shaun and the team are not available. You may choose either of the two hospitals, depending on your location or personal preference.

For clients living to the north of Yatton, we suggest using Vale Vets in Portishead. Further details for Vale Vets can be found here.
